‘Fferam y Llyn’ (meaning ‘Lake Farm’) is set on a 400 acre working beef, sheep and arable family farm offering panoramic views of the nearby lake, Llyn Alaw (http://www.anglesey.info/Llyn%20Alaw.htm), Snowdonia and the surrounding countryside. Located in the heartland of Anglesey (www.islandofchoice.com) in a quiet rural location, we are an ideal place to unwind, relax and explore the 125 miles of coastline the island offers.
We offer two ground floor rooms (one twin room and one double en-suite room) and a double en-suite room upstairs with wonderful views. All rooms have been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. Both double rooms can be made into family rooms.
In the morning, a traditional Welsh breakfast awaits you, using as much local produce as possible. Special diet requirements can also be catered for. At the end of a day exploring or a long journey here, you can relax in the comfortable private guest lounge with a log burning stove, freeview television, DVD player and music system, or you can sit in the garden and admire the wonderful views. We are unlicensed but guests may bring their own wine – we are happy to supply the glasses and corkscrew.
To assist with your holiday planning we have a wide selection of brochures, books and maps describing local places of interest. We are also very willing to offer our advice if it is requested.
Although an evening meal is not provided, there are plenty of eating places on the island that will suit most requirements.
